Cleaning & Laundering – We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article.  Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weakness of, or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-face fabrics, vinyls, polyurethanes etc… Responsibility also is disclaimed for existing wear and tear, trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts,  and sequins.  In laundering we cannot guarantee against color loss and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics.

Households – Each garment is carefully inspected before its processing. However, we are not responsible for any defects or natural flaws in the materials which may

result in but are not limited to water damage, sunlight damage, discoloration, color bleeding, shrinkage, holes in the fabric, humidity and acidity. The garments will be

processed at the client’s own risk. The dry cleaning and laundering process has some inherent risks, which we cannot guarantee against.

Differences in count must be reported, and your claim ticket presented within 48 hours. Unless a list accompanied the bundle, our count must be accepted. The company’s liability with respect to any lost article shall not exceed ten times our charge for processing it.
